When claiming a slot, you must get back to me within 24 hours when discussing in DMs, otherwise slot will be opened up for public again. Max claim time for a slot is 3 days. It is your responsibility to frequently check conversation for any updates.

I have the right to refuse a commission if I find the request uncomfortable, outside of my ability to execute, etc. You may be also be refused service and blacklisted from commissioning future artwork for displaying disrespect, discrimination, etc.

Private commissions not accepted. I have the right to share any commissioned work publicly to sites such as Twitter, Patreon, etc.

No fetish-baiting. I will not tolerate this and you WILL be blacklisted/blocked for pulling this. Your request must be clear and follow the guidelines of what I can draw.

I will not send the original sai file. By commissioning me, you agree you will only receive pngs/jpegs. If you'd like the original file uncompressed, I can send through email if requested. Please save the commission work as soon as you receive it, as there is no guarantee I'll have the file remained saved after a period of time.

Commissions may not be used for profit purposes, such as creating merchandise and selling it. You need my explicit permission to use my art, including commissioned work, for commercial purposes. At the moment, I am not offering licenses or royalties.

In addition to previous term, this also includes non-fungible tokens. Clients are not allowed in any circumstances to port their commissioned works as NFTs. Involving any work in cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. Reselling my work in any shape or form is also forbidden.

Commissions may not be uploaded or published to AI-generator or related sites, such as Illustmimic. My work may NOT be copied or sampled in any way, shape, or form.

You are required to provide me with your PayPal email so I may deliver the invoice. An invoice will keep record of the transaction and will be the method of payment.

Payment must be made prior to receiving the commission. It will and must be paid through the invoice. There are no due dates on payments, but I will not begin the commission until payment has been fully made. (Partial payments available for larger purchases.)

No negotiations. Price given after requesting the commission is final. If you do not agree with the final price, please make that clear; my intention is not to force payments.

No refunds. Refunds will only be offered on my end in emergencies, where I absolutely cannot do the commission due to certain circumstances, and also if I have not made significant progress in the work. They will also be offered past the estimated delivery time. To avoid dissatisfaction with final product, please be sure to be as clear and concise as possible when making orders. Avoid long/overly-detailed descriptions.

The current established estimated delivery time is within 2 weeks to 3 months. It is also important to note that I will not work with clients that are not flexible, or are strict, with due dates. As such, I do not recommend clients to commission me if they are not patient.

Frequent check-ins will not be tolerated. I will work on my own pace. I am also not obligated to disclose why I may make delays or for taking time off. I am allowed to work on personal work as well.

Work in progress images only available for more complete commission styles. These include the simple and detailed style. You must disclose that you would like these images ahead of time. Additionally, I will only send 1-2 progress images per order. Please make any adjustments/fixes you would like very clear. Major adjustments are subject to additional charges.

I am currently a part-time worker who also suffers from carpal tunnel, so please keep this in mind. As such, expect not to get orders so quickly as I take frequent breaks. Rest assured, I will always do my best to make progress as soon as possible, and clients are free to ask updates at reasonable times.
